This year’s Science Week (9-15th November) is packed to capacity with loads of events running at iCRAG!
Monday 9th and Friday 12th: iCRAG Education and Public Engagement Manager Fergus Mc Auliffe will be returning to the TV screens for the new science programme 10 Things to Know About… The show will be screened at 8.30pm on Monday night and 7.30pm on Friday night on RTE1 television. Thursday 12th: Prof. Iain Stewart of the BBC and geology “rock star” will be joining us for a screening of Switch in the Irish Film Institute as part of the UCD Science Expressions Film Festival. Following the screening there will be a panel discussion featuring iCRAG director Prof. John Walsh and moderator Dr Claire O’Connell of the Irish Times on the future of world energy.
