The EM instrument pool is based at DIAS.
11 Broad-band MT instruments (8 fully working, 1 as remote magnetic reference) , to be used for high-frequency MT (AMT, 20 kHz -1Hz) or broadband MT (BBMT, 1000Hz - 0.0001Hz) depending on the magnetic sensors (35 BBMT, 28 AMT induction coils, 6 air loops for Z-component magnetics) 22 Long-period systems with fluxgate magnetometers (6 in long term installations), 10s - DC 1 Controlled source EM (CSEM) system for CSAMT, TEM, SIP All instruments include the necessary electrodes, cables, field notebooks.
