Biography
Déborah completed her Ph.D. at the University of Bern, Switzerland on the sedimentology and stratigraphy of Late Ordovician shallow marine siliciclastic deposits in the Anti-Atlas (Morocco). She completed her MSc at the Grenoble-Alpes University, France where she had projects with Purdue University, USA in the Torino Basin, USA and with the IPGP, France in the Tarim Basin, China.
She is currently a PostDoctoral Research Fellow working on sediment-hosted copper deposits in the Kalahari Copperbelt, Botswana. Her focus is on the sedimentology and stratigraphic correlations where geochemical, petrography, mineralogy and dating are going to be incorporated.
