Congratulations to Aileen Doran (iCRAG@UCD) who has recently been successful in a proposal to spend six weeks in Memorial University Newfoundland hosted by Prof Steve Piercey. Aileen will spend time in the lab and in the field studying paragenesis in carbonate-hosted zinc -lead ore fields.  The funding of €8,500 was awarded through the Ireland Canada University Foundation Flaherty Research Scholarship.
