Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Geosciences

The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in Geoscience (EDIG) project was started by a group of geoscientists who are working together to better understand the impact of prejudice, inequity, sexism, bias, exclusion, and discrimination within the larger geoscience community.

Our aim is to look at newly emerging issues and address those that are stubbornly persistent in the geoscience sector. Through listening and learning, we can stimulate new ideas and innovative approaches to tackling systemic inequalities.
