iCRAG wishes to congratulate Dr Jennifer Craig who has been appointed as Executive Director of SEG, the Society of Economic Geologists, based in Denver, Colorado, USA.

Founded in 1920, SEG is an international organization of members with interests in the discovery, study, and development of mineral resources to meet the needs of communities worldwide. The Society's membership includes representatives from industry, academia, and government institutions.

Since 2015, Dr Craig has served as iCRAG Centre Manager, then COO, leading the Centre through Phase 1 of its research programme, through the COVID-19 pandemic, and into Phase 2 of its expanded research programme.

iCRAG wishes to acknowledge the outstanding contribution that Dr Craig has made during her tenure in iCRAG over the past 8 years. We wish her every success with her new role as she relocates to Colorado. Dr Aoife Brady takes on the position of interim iCRAG COO.
